Meeting / Departure:
7.45 am Upper East Side
8.00 am Union Square
8.15 am Upper West Side
Returning: ca. 6.30 pm
Will include round-trip transport ! and some snacks plus water, gatorade, and BEER ! for the way back...
For you to bring: backpack, water, lunch, sandwiches, picnic, etc.
Hiking boots highly recommended...
Dress in layers...
Rock scrambling is non-technical ascent of the mountain, full body work out.
